MAKCUR: An office should always think about the
two major aspects: Health and care, because the work environment should
motivate you to work rather than increase your stress.
Few psychologists suggest that a healthy work
environment promotes happiness at work, which helps in quantitative and
qualitative performance in work.
Being a designer to achieve such an aspect was a
task. But when you talk about a healthy environment, vegetation comes to your
mind.
Green colour is associated with growth and
freshness, so we tried to incorporate plants vertically.
Our workspace includes the wall with random
placed plants which make the place look live. We have a few hexagonal shaped
structures hanging above the staff area that are also a shade of green.
Marble, metal and wood
are the major materials used in the cabins.
Management cabins gives you a feeling of sophistication due to the materials chosen.
