Design Details 

The design has been envisaged as three zones- the Public, the Semi-public and the Quiet zone such that these areas do not cross each other.

The car parking area, service entry and the  reception form the public zone. The car parking area and the interior public area have been separated by providing a camouflage of trees and shrubs. This creates a visual impact as the visitor cannot predict what he will see next.  

The long narrow passage entry brings a transition from the mundane road to the scenic ambience of the resort. The restaurant, kitchen, spa block comprise the semi-public zone.

The restaurant and the spa block have floating deck and are tilted towards the Vembanad Lake for a better lake view.

The luxury cottages and the pool area encompass the quiet zone. This zone is immediate to the Vembanad Lake.

The construction of the resort promotes an unobstructed panoramic view of the lake for experiencing the beautiful sunrise and to savour the picturesque charm of the landscape.
